My name is Tanjila Akter Popy. I am the eldest daughter in my family. Due to my father's job in the Bangladesh Police, we had to move to various districts since childhood. In 2007, my father was transferred to Barguna district. In the same year, I enrolled in class six at Barguna Govt Girls' High School. I completed my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Business Studies in 2012. I got married in 2013, which was my own choice, so adjusting to married life wasn't easy. I started working with sewing machines from 2016. I found satisfaction in my work, and soon women from around me started getting their clothes made by me. As orders increased, I taught one of my tenants how to work and helped her set up her own business. Since then, I haven't looked back. In 2019, I opened a clothing store in front of my house where women can find all kinds of clothes. I named the shop 'Abarar Fashion Zone' after my son, thinking that if I sold clothes after studying business studies, I would not become an entrepreneur. Then I thought I would work with my own transparency. Since childhood, I have been very fond of drawing and painting. I can work with hand-painted and handmade jewelry. I started working with hand-painted and handmade jewelry. My business establishment became quite popular in the area within a few days. I have future plans to give a showroom and export my products.
