Warranty service will be provided directly by the seller who has sold the product through WE Hatbazar. The terms and conditions of this warranty may differ from seller to seller. WEHatbazar does not take any responsibility for after-sales services provided by the supplier/manufacturer. Customers may contact with the seller for after sales service or warranty claim via WEHatbazar by contacting WEHatbazar’s customer support center to submit the products for repair/replacement under the warranty conditions.

Return Policy

  • To Return a product, the product must be unused and without any problems. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. Please return the product if anything is wrong with it at the time of delivery
  • The product must with the original packaging.
